Hits you like a freight train!

Very smooth despite the high proof.

Deep amber/red in color. Ethanol heavy on the nose, but this clears quickly to tart berries. Cherry, oak, vanilla on the palette. Really don’t get the 130+ proof, it’s so smooth. Still packs some heat, but not an overwhelming amount.
