Starlight Carl T. Huber's Single Barrel Bourbon Finished in Sherry Barrels

Strong smells a charred barrels, fig and grape. Really nice way to start things off. Velvety texture orange peel, rich flavors or dark fruits and oak on palate. The finish is long with burnt caramel and vanilla. Slight sticky mouth feel, but overall very nice barrel finished bourbon.
