Tasting Notes
"Buttery, whole grain banana bread with caramel frosting and a generous sprinkle of baking spices hit the nose. Tart fruit flavors of raspberry and apricot take hold on the palate, with some root beer-like spices (sarsaparilla, vanilla, birch beer), grassy herbs, hoppy florals, and buttery rye flour biscuits adding to the flavor mix. A balanced tartness hits the palate, but the finish is still quite big, rich, toasty, and spicy. "
