Still Austin The Musician Straight Bourbon

Still Austin Whiskey’s meticulous approach to production is quite noticeable! The grain to glass production really pays off in this beverage. Aroma comes through a bit older than a 2 yo. So much better than many of the TX bourbons I have tried! These guys have and continue to get it right. Looking forward to what these guys release next!

Tried neat from the comfort of my home. I get strong vanilla and citrus with orange and tangerines on the nares. On the palate it’s smooth with a slight & mild burning finish with notes of nuts, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon

Very drinkable, more on the sweeter side.

This spirit has a lot of flavor with notes of oak, cinnamon, and full flavor. One of my favorite.

I would almost say this is even tastier than the cask strength. Typical bourbon notes throughout and an easy drinker.

Sweet and full bodied with an easy finish. An excellent sipper neat.
