This spirit is made with fresh ginger from Mountain Rose Herbs in Eugene, Oregon and apples from the Western Slope of Colorado. Still Cellars is located in Longmont and each bottle boasts twenty pounds of fruit. Note: As this product comes from a base of apples and sugarcane, this isn't technically a brandy, but is a spirit.
