Stranahan's Colorado Whiskey (Discontinued)

This is an unusual sip! Nose is super sweet. Smells of honey and caramel cream. The taste is sweet like candy with a backfill of young scotch. Very slight tongue burn on the end with notes of apple and honey. I dig it. It's very different than our usual bourbon rotation (as it should be since it's not bourbon), but not as in your face as heavy peated scotch or smoky texas offerings.

Not a fan of this one.

Lemon/citrus, vanilla, light toasty oak. Light phenol.
