Rather smooth, soft

Too scotchy

Nose: Vanilla, Fresh cut Green Apple, dried Apricot Taste: Green apple, vanilla bean, salted caramel, very very faint hint of smoke, butterscotch starts to come through midway, dried Apricot is hiding in there and comes out after several seconds in the mouth. Finish: Mild finish. Starts oaky and fade to chopped wood/earthy finish.
