A complex, Agave Spirit by NOM 1110 crafted with 100% Weber Blue Agave in Jalisco that is aged for more than 3 years. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, nuts & herbs; while a fibrous & bitter life adds notes of vanilla toffee, honeyed spice cake & toasted meringue; that leads to a long, dry & earthy death with notes of oak, pepper, salinity & minerals.

A delicate, Agave Spirt by Nom1424 from Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico crafted with Weber Azul Agave that is cooked in stone/brick ovens; fermented in stainless steel tanks; double distilled in Stainless Pot Still that has a Copper Coil; aged 5 years in ex-Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey barrels & has 2% Agave nectar added before bottling at 35% ABV. It has a delicate birth with notes of cooked agave, citrus, red fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a smooth life adds notes of lemon, cherry & cider; that leads to a quick & balanced death with notes of Agave nectar, black pepper, oak, creamy caramel & sweet chocolate. Smooth and savory, I enjoy this with friends, this is a nice bottle for the bourbon drinkers who aren’t sure they’ll like tequila.
