Suntory Toki

For some reason I can never get the fruitiness that everyone raves about. It always lands more earthy than I’m expecting, and that effects my enjoyment. Will try again soon and update.

First Japanese whiskey. Light, sweet, and fruity nose. Starts off with sweet vanilla/apple taste then moves to a more floral and peppery finish with more heat than I was expecting. Good alternative option to bourbon.
