For some reason I can never get the fruitiness that everyone raves about. It always lands more earthy than I’m expecting, and that effects my enjoyment. Will try again soon and update.

My bottle is Fall of 2015. For a new distillery, their flavor profile is way more interesting than I expected. Very spicy. Too dynamic for a Manhattan, best drank on its own.
