Tasting Notes
"The first impression of this spirit is sharp, sweet wheat. There's almost a bison grass quality to the nose: cinnamon and grass with gentle sugar. The taste is nothing expected; smooth and peppermint-y with a short finish that doesn't stick around. There's a sticky sort of apricot and thyme-jam flavor, both fruity and herbal. Adding water awakens a hidden dry peppercorn flavor."
