Creamy, sweet, a little peat. For the price, a nice drink

I can't believe the quality of this whisky at this price point. Sweet and smokey, toffee and honey comes to mind throughout the experience. It's as good as any budget whisky I've had, I will keep on hand at all times going forward. Good for the last drink of the night and likely good enough to convert non-Scotch drinkers.

The soft earthy peat is a guilty pleasure at entry level prices. Not one to sip on its own but add a dash of a mix and you’ve got yourself an enjoyable smokey drink.
