Buttery biscuits, Honey. A bit of extra sweetness driven by the rum cask finish. Unique twist to a classic Irish whiskey taste!

Aromas of light fruit, honey, dark rum, raisins, molasses, and banana cream pie with a hint of star anise. To the palate it is rich and thick with sweet dried fruit, raisins, apricots, banana chips, fresh coconut meat, vanilla and spice. The finish is slightly dry with wood spice, vanilla and a sour green apple flavour remaining. — Whiskey Mark: 88

First taste is yummy. A good drink and reasonably priced. I will try this again.

Sweet with a initial burn that leaves quick but had a nice linger
