Tasting Notes
"The six months in a barrel is a dramatic change from their Silver expression; rounder notes of caramel and vanilla last much longer before white pepper rounds out the finish. There's also a fair amount of crystallized honey. Overall, not near as spicy as the Silver but evolves nicely overtime."
