"The nose is soft and slightly fruity, in particular under-ripe pear and apple and just a kiss of orange blossom. The palate is sweet at first before notes of cut grass, black pepper, cooked agave and tamarind come in. Finishes spicy and long with a bit of clove and coriander. An impressive sipper but begs for citrus and would make a fine pairing with a Toronja (Grapefruit) Jarritos."
