Tequila Carmesi

A rich, agave spirit by Tequila San Matiás de Jalisco Distillery Nom 1103 in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, wood & spice; while a rich life adds notes of oak, vanilla & agave syrup; that led to a candied & creamy death of medium length with notes of butterscotch & toffee.

Vanilla and chocolate on the nose. Very delicate and smooth on the tongue. Notes of vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, and toffee flavors. Excellent Tequila.

This was a delicious Tequila! The three of us tried in store and it was an unanimous “yes, please”. Very smooth, good wood presence but far from over powering, very clean and complex, medium-dry sweetness, perhaps it needs a little more intensity to round it all up.
