Tequila AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least a year in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, but ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Añejo tequilas are also known as "aged" or "extra aged".

"The nose is very classic tequila, with aromas of cooked green bell peppers, vanilla, lime and grapefruit zest. The palate takes on more of a richness, with salted cashews, milk chocolate-covered dried cherries and earthy rooibos tea. Some fresh, tangy apricot notes mix in with citrus zest on the midpalate and carry the flavors in to a very zingy finish with fresh minerality. "
