Tasting Notes
"Sweet, stewed green vegetables, fresh green bell pepper, lime and vanilla make up the nose. The palate starts quite nutty (roasted hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts, almonds) backed by tangy dried prunes and apricot. This somehow mixes with more of that veggie compote flavor characteristic along with milk chocolate, clove, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. The finish is rather sweet and hot, with a slight tanginess. "
