Tequila Lapis Reposado

An elegant Agave Spirit by NOM 1146 crafted with an autoclave under low pressure, 2x distilled with a column still, aged for a minimum of 2 months in French oak barrels, before being bottled additive free at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, wood, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a bold life adds notes of caramel, vanilla, olive, honeydew melon, lemongrass & dill; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of oak, black pepper. mushrooms, black tea, sea spray & cinnamon.
