Tasting Notes
"The aroma begins with a decent amount of barrel spices, but while the bourbon notes aren't super powerful there is a moderate amount of herbal agave found. It's a touch sweet on the tongue with a medium full body that becomes thinner on the midpalate with the higher proof. The bourbon flavors come through on the finish, but don't stick around much but that's not a bad thing. The agave herbal and earthy flavors stay with you. The finish is a bit tannic, but not too rough and has higher than average barrel spiced flavor. "
