Tapatio Blanco 110 Tequila is produced at La Alteña Distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco by master distiller Carlos Camarena, whose family has been making tequila there for generations. The brand was introduced to the U.S.
in partnership with Marko Karakasevic of Charbay Distillery & Winery. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, the tequila is distilled and bottled at a higher proof to preserve the full character of the agave. This additive-free blanco is bottled at 55% ABV (110 proof).

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
Tasting Notes
"The peppery spices are the first thing to come to the fore, then flavors open up to classic agave notes of bell peppers, grapefruit, mushroom and lime. A sweet note of vanilla ties it together before moving into a hot, cinnamon, slightly smoky finish. In all, the flavors are very strong, which is the whole point. Try it in a Margarita and for once you can taste more than lime, sugar and salt."
