Tequila Tromba Blanco

A crisp, Agave Spirit by Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel & bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, fruits, melons, flowers, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of cantaloupe, lime, vanilla & honey; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of cinnamon & caramel.

90 points. A sweet and silky tequila, generally pleasant, but not a favorite personally.

Warm, peppery with grass notes. Smooth but agave taste shines through. Spicy finish. I coupd sip this all day!

Very smooth, light sweet taste. I'm not an aficianado, but this has turned me towards tequila. One surprise at the ABC store is that in the past month or so this has jumped from 32 to 40 per bottle. One the strength of the blanco, I've gone the flight, by buying both the Reposado and Anejo - will review when I open them.

No frame of ref since 2018 other than Cafe Patron. Bright, citrus, easy sipping.
