Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year

Sweet, rich, smooth, vanilla notes

Nose: light, some apple and lemon maybe some vanilla oak notes. When sniffing it in the bottle the fruit notes are very strong and pear or grapes can sometimes be smelled too. Taste: Classic sort of "scotch" taste, clean, sweet oak and a light smoke with some fruit notes. It's sweet for a scotch and pretty smooth but also not particularly complex. Some sweet wine grape on the finish. Overall:Incredible nose, but lacking in flavor. Still very smooth but not great value.
