Oooh, that's nice. a little warmer and more sherried than the 12. full and rich, caramel and vanilla.

Oak and vanilla dominate the nose with a bit of peat smokiness coming through. Surprisingly gentle on the nose for the proof but in a good way. The proof definitely comes through in the palate though punching you with oak, vanilla, and a spice I can only say resembles more cardamom and ginger but definitely not cinnamon. The proof gives a longer finish which is much appreciated.
