Tasting Notes
"The nose offers crisp pears and green apples, both drizzled in honey, as well as heather, jasmine, and faint smoke and spice. The palate is waxy with handfuls of dark chocolate and dates served alongside a mug of mulled wine and a plate of spiced fruitcake. Towards the back, find bitter lemon pith, before a lengthy, warming finish reveals black pepper and gives way to a heathery profile with prunes, leather, toffee and tannic oak."
