The Botanist Gin

Juniper, salty finish. Compared to Bluecoat Gin, this seemed a little thin. It’s still my favorite, go to gin.

Juniper on the nose and juniper, pepper and lemon on the palate. It smells and tastes like a London Dry. There is more there, but I can’t figure it out. Very complex, but balanced with a pleasing texture and intensity. Just snuck into my top ten
