Palate – Slight smokiness, not peated, Apricots, red apples, Caramel, toffee, milk chocolate, medium mouth coat, tea, ginger and cinnamon. Finish – Medium length, Vanilla, woodiness, dry leather, but not bitter. Water – N – Sugars, confection. P - Pepper bomb!
