Tasting Notes

"The nose is a big waft of vanilla beans. Afterwards there is a small chemical odor but it dies off if it sits in the glass long enough. The palate like the aroma is full of robust vanilla. The mid palate is fairly neutral, but grains come out to play on the finish. Big flavors of toasted grain and graham cracker make for a satisfying end. Drink this on a big cube of ice to keep chilled and not watered down."
