Isle of Harris The Hearach
The Hearach is the inaugural single malt release from the Isle of Harris Distillery in Scotland’s Outer Hebrides. Lightly peated at 12–15 ppm, it is made from 100% Scottish Concerto and Laureate malted barley.
Produced in 12,000-bottle batches, the whisky is matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and first-fill ex-oloroso and fino sherry butts, then married for at least 12 weeks. It is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration.
