Macallan Double Cask 15 Year

Nose: very malty, some baked goods, dried raisins or fruits are present Palette: orange zest is present almost a fermented yeast but not in a bad way. Very spicy almost dancing on the tongue, currents pop into the head. Develops very nicely witha smooth finish as spice ends.

Nose: candied nuts, apple, vanilla, and cinnamon Palate: thick and oily with vanilla, cereal malt notes, toffee, ritz cracker, salted caramel, orange zest. Finish: long with vanilla, salted caramel, milk dud, nutty aftertaste, wood sugars

Weirdly more burn than I thought it would be. Spicy. The first taste was a little harsher but it settles nicely.
