Tasting Notes
"Twirling notes of sherry, nuts, marzipan, red fruits, citrus and vanilla custard get things started on a complex nose. A velvety mouthfeel awaits, with a rich, sherried side upfront leading to a drier, spicier profile, with cloves, nutmeg, pepper, oak, and orange peel. A long, hot finish offers more oak and marzipan in its wake, along with a distinctly bitter touch and an astringent effect in the cheeks."
