The Representative Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon
This limited edition expression from Proof and Wood consists of a bourbon with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley that is distilled at MGP in Indiana. It is aged in Kentucky a minimum 4 years (2 consecutive Congressional terms in the US) and blended from 20 barrels with a barrel entry of 120 proof.
The final blend is bottled at barrel proof and is released with bottling dates indicated on the label. Note: Bottle shape has changed due to supply constraints over the years but the expression is made with the same recipe.
