Reviewed April 22, 2026 (edited April 26, 2026)Review #346 r/Bourbon Single Barrel Straight Bourbon 112.94 Proof Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Medium amber. Nose: Caramel, butterscotch, vanilla. Palate: Cinnamon, clove and baking spice Finish: Long length with medium heat. Splash: A sweet oak note appears. Overall: 6/10 - Coming back to this after a few years hasn't improved it, in fact it's lost a few points. For as much as I wanted to enjoy this more, it's pretty average. I only gave it an extra point for the long finish. -

Color: Medium amber. Nose: Caramel, marshmallow, and a hint of graham cracker. Palate: Chocolate and marshmallow with some baking spice and clove. Finish: Long length with medium heat. Splash: A dry oaky note and some cinnamon appear with a few drops of water. Overall: 9/10 - Two years after buying it, I finally got around to cracking this bottle, and I really should have opened it sooner. This was far and away a better bottle than the last one I'd tried. From nose to finish, I was impressed.Southington Wine & Spirit Co -
