Awesome looking bottle, whiskey is a deep dark copper color. Aroma of caramel, graham cracker, dried fruit, & marzipan. Taste of honey, apple, pear, & sherry. Gentle yet complex.

Fruity but also bitter. Lacking complexity.

Much more complex than most Irish whiskeys. Definitely worth trying.

Molasses, brown sugar, musty/Smoky/Woody. Apricots and orange peel Sweet front, warm on the tongue, slick on the palate. Finishes with ripe fruit and more brown sugar. Smoke throughout.

Very fruity, not burning
