Reviewed August 30, 2019 (edited February 1, 2020)Big fan of this. Nose: I’m getting a lot of dark fruit notes like cherry. Hard for me to pick out anything else specifically. Sipping: Ver full taste. Not so light as other Irish Whisky’s I’ve tried. Dark fruits again, but a little more citrusy. The fruitiness is nice. The flavor profile is deeper than I can figure out right now but I’m excited to continue exploring this one.
