Singleton of Dufftown 15 Year

Light, smooth, easy to drink. Fruity on the nose, on the palate, apple, vanilla, mild spices, dry notes, perhaps from the wood. Fruity finish, slightly dry and woody.

Nose: sherry (nuts, orange zest), honey sweetness, warming spices. Palate: immediate soft spices, sweetness, spices get more dominant at the end but still far from being strong. Finish: short. A bit weak for my taste. Nuts, spices. Somewhat watery. Little dryness. Almond. Good sipping stuff, but boring.

Toffee and oak. Smooth and straight finish.
