Thomas H. Handy Sazerac Rye (Fall 2020)

Mint is the first note off the nose that sticks out. Juniper and pine next which is most prominent throughout. Lots of floral notes. Very complex and interesting. Cinnamon, a little caramel and vanilla. Has a bite to it on the tongue and the nose notes come through on the taste. Excellent stuff.
