Tobermory 12 Year

Sweet rich vanilla bready

Nose is citrusy and a bit grassy. Palate is far more my speed, with peach, and a lovely little spice.

Sweet and rounded with strong vanilla and a touch of honey and caramel. A bit of burn in contrast to thr sweetness.

Nose is light, white fruits with an undercurrent of old grass clippings. Palate opens with apples and honey, becomes slightly sweeter like honeydew melon and then closes with oak tannins and wood shavings. Nicely smooth, creamy and gently warming, with great legs in the glass. Wish I had better luck finding this in the states.
