Tod & Vixen's Dry Gin 1651 was made in consultation with three top bartenders — gaz regan, Leo Robitschek, and Jeffrey Morgenthaler — specifically designed to be a good base for a cocktail. The botanicals, which include juniper, coriander, angelica, rooibos red tea, and Makrut lime, each macerate in a neutral spirit made from 100% wheat.
It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 48% ABV. Distilled at the Vale Fox Distillery located in the Hudson Valley, New York.
