Reviewed June 24, 2020 (edited January 31, 2021)Terrible label and I LOVE IT! I had been eyeballing this bottle for months because I know that it is distilled by Heaven Hill with the bourbon mashbill of 78% Corn, 10% Rye, 12% Malted Barley. Neat in a glencairn. On the nose is the typical sweet burnt brown sugar/caramel, slight nuttiness and maybe some cherry. Nose carries to mouth with a bit more peanuttiness and full brown sugar/caramel. Very approachable and silky on the palate. Finish is short-to-medium. Super easy and super tasty. As an 86proofer and for $14-$16 for 1 Liter ($10–$12 for 750ml), this is an absolute everyday sipper for me. Would be interested to do a side by side with this, EW black label, EW 1783, and the EW Single Barre. See how the 86ers tank. 🥃🥃 Cheers, babies!14.0 USD per BottleABC Fine Wine & Spirits
