A crisp, Agave Spirit by Productos Finos de Agave, S.A. de C.V. NOM 1416 crafted in stainless steel before being bottled at 35% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of cooked agave, pineapple, vanilla & lemon grass; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of pepper & coconut.
