Toro Alteño Reposado

A complex, Agave Spirit by Envasadora De Productos Lideres, S.A. De C.V. NOM 1592 in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico slow roasted in earthen ovens; aged for 2 months in American oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, earth, wood & spice; while a complex life adds notes of oak; that led to an odd death of medium length with notes of burnt sugar.

A crisp, Agave Spirit by Productos Finos de Agave, S.A. de C.V. NOM 1416 crafted in stainless steel aged for a minimum of 2 months in American oak before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, oak, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of cooked agave, pineapple, butterscotch & lemon grass; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of pepper, oak, orange zest, coconut & a hint of smoke.
