Traverse City Whiskey Co. Barrel Proof Straight Bourbon

Not one I'll be returning to... Drank neet at first w cold steel, Citrus, spice, thin.. Initial entry ok, high proof burn.. Pallet: blah.. FInish: blah.. Added a chunk of ice... But no dice... I wanted to enjoy this being from Michigan but I just didn't want to keep drinking it.. So I just drain poured it... I'll try it again in a few weeks see if its different

SWEET. PECAN. PIE. Tons of cherry and spice as well! This dram sips incredibly smooth at this strength. Neat in glencairn letting it sit for 15 minutes before enjoying.

Cherry mahogany wood nose, toasted oak flavor with a mild tobacco finish... Good juice.
