Floral taste that lingers on the pallete

Lovely bottle just not perfect Irish 😅

Sweet and floral on nose. Peaty on taste with a slight linger. No real burn. Adding a cube of ice isn’t bad, adds to peaty taste but isn’t necessary. Good for sipping.
