Two Brewers Yukon Single Malt (Release 2)
Yukon Brewing Company // Yukon, Canada
In 2009, Bob and Alan of the Yukon Brewing company bought a still and applied their expertise in brewing to whisky making. Their whiskies are made with a variety of malted roasted grains, different fermentation techniques and a mix of barrels. This single malt release is part of their Special Finishes collection aged in ex-bourbon and virgin oak barrels then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

"A distinct nose of rum-soaked raisins, banana, brown sugar, vanilla and stick bubble gum – the kind that used to come in packs of hockey cards. A rich velvety texture drapes the mouth and the oak punches the sweetness up. The finish is level where some mint sets up a cleansing rinse and repeat."
