Reviewed April 12, 2022Slight burn up front kinda reminds me of a rye. Has a sweet nutty and vanilla flavor and short fruity finish. Would probably drink better with more time in the barrel. Not bad straight and even better as a Pecan Old Fashioned- recipe on the TX website.
