Ty Ku Junmai Sake

A fresh Premium Junmai Sake from Nara, Japan crafted from Akebono sake rice that is polished so only 70% of the grain remains. It has a delicate birth with hints of grain & tree fruits; while a soft & silky life adds hints of rice & pear; that led to an off-dry & balanced death. November 2016 / February 2021
