There’s a caramel, heavy oak and char flavor. finish is a bit dirty.

Reminds me of the banana note on jack. Tried a pour, not interesting. Better whiskey out there at this price or cheaper

Is it better than Jack, Wild Turkey, Maker’s, or any available brand at half the price? No. I didn’t find it remotely smooth, as many reviewers have said. I can drink it over ice, and it was fine after work medicine.
