Uncle Nearest 1856 Tennessee Whiskey (Sourced Whiskey)

Nose: overwhelmingly spicy Palette: spicy, apple, caramel

Pretty great. Smooth with just a little spice. Not too sweet.

Nose: spiritous, char, faint apple and cherry in the distance Palate: sweet heat and caramel Finish: earthy heat With water: much improved. Heat toned waaay down. Nuttiness on the nose appears, fresh red fruits with powdered sugar and nutmeg on palate, and on the rocks the apple jumps forward. This really improved with water and was enjoyable on the rocks which is how I’d take it if offered again. (from Flaviar Advent Calendar)

Sweet caramel with hints of hay on the nose. Clove spice hits up front on the palate, then into more sweet caramel. Very smooth finish of sweet caramel apple. Very nice for the abv.

Little smoke/burn

Nose: sweet, spices, nutmeg Body: sweet, cookies, autumn spices Finish: clove, peppar. Lingers

Flaviar advent calendar. Smooth

Caramel or maybe honey on the nose. On the palate: caramel, spice, some vanilla. Caramel carries over into the finish, transitioning into a spicy earthiness.

Fantastic surprise, was not expecting something as fully flavored w 100 proof. Smokey toffee/caramel... Lots of spice, clove included.
