This is a remarkably and surprisingly smooth whiskey. Uncle Nearest 1884 is a great sipper. It's not very complex. It has some great flavors that come through. Some of the flavors you get, you really have to look for them. Overall it's a very good smooth enjoyable whiskey. Hand selected by their founders and the blend is curated by the descendents of Nathan " Nearest" Green. The back of the bottle is signed by a descendant of Uncle Nearest.
